On February 26, 2026 (Thursday) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., an online information session will be held regarding applications to Bulgarian higher education institutions in accordance with Decree No. 103 of the Council of Ministers from 1993 on educational activities among Bulgarians abroad.
The session is intended for persons of Bulgarian ethnicity living in Moldova and will take place at the following link:
Teams meeting
The event is organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science in cooperation with the Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad and is part of the annual information campaign to promote Bulgarian higher education and facilitate the application process.
Up to 300 participants can join the online meeting.
